My first time there was not the best as the SA who helped me was dismissive and aloof. So I asked to switch SA on my second visit and it totally changed my experience. My current SA is so patient and helpful; she is responsive to my texts and always willing to help me find items that I was looking for, even if I may end up not buying them. I always enjoy my visits to the boutique as I am treated well there. They've got my loyalty as a Chanel client.

I’ve been a client of Chanel Saks for a few years now. From day one my experience has always been personable, pleasant, and polite! That obviously has won me over as a life-long client to this location. My sales associate ‘D’ whose name I choose to withhold for privacy, has made my Chanel experience top notch! She understood my style from day one. I appreciate her honesty and attentiveness as my go to sales associate. Thank you to the entire Chanel-Saks team for the superb customer service.

They always take care of me every time I come here I love this place to treat myself to some thing once a year They will even clean any item for you for free, and give you instructions for aftercare

At first, I had a bad experience with one of the sales associates. She did not seem willing to help, but she was eager to help out the customers wearing designer. The next day, I came back and had Linda helped me. She was a delight to work with as she was very personable. I also spoke with the manager and she was very sweet and funny. Will definitely be working with Linda again in the future. I'm glad I was able to have a good experience!

Saks Chanel Beauty Counter. Excellent personalized service from Jennifer S. She won me over the first time I met her while visiting the Somerset store. She took excellent care of me and followed up with my purchases. When I am not able to personally get into the store, Jennifer will complete my order, add some extras, gift wrap it and send it out to me overnight. She is a wonderful asset to both Chanel and Saks, since she goes out of her way to take care of all of her customers. I highly recommend her if you are in need of products or a personal shopper. So happy to have met her.
